Roku Streaming Stick upgraded, after managing to compete with the likes of Amazon and Google in the streaming sticks market.
The all-new Roku will be available in two variants, Roku Streaming Stick 4K and Streaming Stick 4K+ bundle. The New Roku Streaming Stick will offer additional features such as 4K, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+.
The latest streaming sticks are powered by an updated processor, it cuts down nearly 30% of boot time. It also incorporates a new long-range Wi-Fi receiver to deliver up to double the Wi-Fi speeds of the original device.
Mark Ely, Vice President, Retail Product Strategy at Roku said, “The Roku Streaming Stick has been a fan favorite for years and we’ve redesigned it in the Roku Streaming Stick 4K to be faster and more powerful than ever.”
Like its earlier version, the new Roku Streaming Stick 4K is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. It also offers support for HomeKit and AirPlay 2 to allow effortless integration with iPhones, iPads, and Macs.
The Roku Streaming Stick 4K is priced at $49.99.
The latest Roku Streaming Stick 4K + is a bundle, it offers features of Roku Streaming Stick 4K stick and a Roku Voice Remote Pro. While the remote features a built-in rechargeable battery and voice-activated finding. The Roku Streaming Stick 4K+ bundle is priced at $69.99.
