The latest Android 11 offers a number of features which include Message bubbles, redesigned notifications, a new power menu with smart home controls, a media playback widget, a resizable picture-in-picture window, screen recording, improved work profiles, and more. It brings some of the best new features available, the best part you don’t need to worry if you are not a Pixel device user. The updates are also available for select devices like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, and Realme all getting the update.

Android 11 has tried to eliminate the clutter around the notifications, it sorts them into relevant groups, so conversations – like the aforementioned SMS messages – appear at the top in their own easy-to-read section. This makes it easy and quick to reply and carry on with your tasks. Separating them from the other stuff you don’t really care about.

Another interesting feature is the conversation bubble, it floats above any app you have on your screen. This enables you to continue the conversion, if you are using Facebook Messenger you’ll be at home whilst using chat heads.

It also comes with a power menu with smart home controls. You will get easy access to GPay and smart home controls enabling you to quickly switch on or off your smart home devices.

Android 11 gets an all-new media playback widget, it works pretty much with any media app. Offers an easy way to switch media output so you can switch it to play on the device, in your headphones, cast it to a TV or audio streamer.

Apart from this Android 11 come with many other features such as

  • Resizable picture-in-picture window
