Via the Apple Fitness app, which is cross-compatible across all of Apple’s devices, you can track your personal fitness statistics. If you are also buying an apple-branded watch, at checkout you will be able to download this free for three months.
Most classes don’t require any equipment, but some may require items like a yoga mat, dumbbells, an indoor cycling bike, a rowing machine or a treadmill.
