Acer today at Computex Taipei 2019 announced Acer Nitro 5 and Swift 3 laptops powered by the latest AMD Ryzen processors. The 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen mobile processors will deliver astonishing power and efficiency along with stunning HDR quality visuals for streaming and gaming.
Acer will move away from Intel chips in its latest laptops, apart from the processors the laptops have no radical changes made to it. The Nitro 5 will still have the 1080p display, CoolBoost to prevent overheating while playing games, and a slim body. The Swift 3 is a 180-degree folding display with a thickness of 0.71 inches and weighs around 3.2-pound weight.
The Nitro 5 gaming laptop and Swift 3 thin-and-light with 2nd Gen AMD Ryzen mobile processors will be on display at Acer’s showcase at Xinyi Plaza, Xiangti Avenue Plaza in Taipei on May 28 to June 2, 2019.
Acer has not yet outlined the configurations, ship dates or pricing for the AMD-powered versions of both laptops. Generally, the company declares this information just before the release in the given region.
Yet it looks like it won’t be too long before the laptops are released soon.
