Amazon Makes Cheapest Kindle Even Better

Amazon makes the cheapest Kindle even better, gone are the days when Kindle e-readers used to be a depressing experience. As Amazon’s cheapest kindle base model offered scanty storage and low battery life with a slow and low resolution screen.

On the other hand the extravagant Kindle Oasis had luxury written all over it with a sleek aluminum chassis, fully adjustable lighting, big battery, and physical buttons for turning pages.

After a slow start, the Kindle has begun to adopt premium features previously only found in the Kindle Oasis. The mid-tier Paperwhite was given some sprucing up when Amazon added adjustable lighting and a USB-C port. Finally we also get to see the juiced up base model Kindle.

The design shifts on the Kindle get a redesign with a 300 ppi resolution along with 16 GB of storage. It also includes a USB-C port, like the newest Paperwhite models. These upgraded features are available in the new Kindle.

Over the USB-C it charges in less than 2 hours. The Kindle e-readers cost $100, and some versions cost even more. An addition of $20 will offer you an ads free experience on the lock screen.
