What to Expect at the Apple Event 2021Apple TV

We already mentioned we may get to hear the announcement of the new iOS 14.5. Also, there is a huge expectation amongst people about the new iPad mini. iPad mini is an entry-level iPad and maybe we also get to hear about some new iPadPro models.

The latest iPad offering from Apple is expected to have a mini-LED display and 5G mmWave support. Rumors suggest it may also be available in multiple display sizes and under the hood all-new Apple chips.

We may also get to see the latest version of Apple Pencil, dubbed as Apple Pencil 3. This will be an upgrade to the Apple Pencil launched earlier in 2018.

You may also get to witness the launch of new iMac models powered by Apple’s M1 chip. Currently, this chip is offered with MacBook and Mac mini since last year. Some of the iMac models may get a makeover with customers getting the option to choose from multiple colors available. It is likely we will hear about the 24 inch iMac as well at this year’s Apple Event.

For those who have been waiting for the AirTags, today Apple may unveil them. They will be available in two different sizes and will compete against Tile offering a similar product.

Updated AirPods will be showcased at the event as AirPods 3 and may look similar to AirPods Pro. It will probably also include the system-in-package (SiP) to offer an upgraded truly wireless audio experience on the go.

There is also a likelihood of the new Apple TV making its appearance at the event. The TV will be powered by an A12X chip and include 64GB as well as 128GB of storage options.

It is not clear if we will get to hear about Apple’s new iPhone hardware at today’s event. But with the WWDC 2021, an Apple virtual event coming up in June it is more likely we get to hear about it there.
