Fortnite PlayStation Cup - Win From $110000 Global Prize Pool

Fortnite PlayStation Cup will offer you the chance to win the title of best Fortnite player on Playstation consoles and win a piece from the $110000 global prize pool.

The Fortnite tournament begins on October 2, it will be a solo two tournament and will feature six regional prize pools* exclusively on PS4 and PS5 consoles. All you need to do to get your share of the $110000 global prize pool is to land on your favorite map location and outlast or eliminate other participants for points.

To take part in the competition head over to the Fortnite in-game Compete Tab to get the drop on the competition. The winner of the first prize gets the grand prize waiting on the Victory Royale screen. The other top-ranked players will also get their own cash prize.

Regions

The regions for Round 1 tournament are listed below and you can find them in-game under the Compete Tab:

  • North America East: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM ET
  • North America West: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM PT
  • Europe: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET
  • Brazil: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM BRT
  • Middle East: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM GST
  • Asia: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM JST
  • Oceania: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM AET

Prizes and Format

The Fortnite PlayStation Cup will feature the same rules as most Solo Fortnite competitions. All players irrespective of their rank, stats, or cosmetics start with zero points. Players will have to compete in Round 1, it will be an open competition with three hours to play a maximum of 10 games and earn as many points as you can. Every elimination is worth one point, while higher placements offer more.

The top 100 players in Round 1 with the most points across all matches will move to their region’s final round. In Round 2 there will be six matches in all and it doubles the value of eliminations. You can outscore the competition to take home one of the prizes below:

How to Enter

The Fortnite PlayStation Cup is free to enter. Simply download Fortnite on your PS4 or PS5 console, enable two-factor authentication for your Epic Account, and reach level 30. You can then join the tournament in-game under the Compete Tab.**
Practice your rotations, builds, and aim for the best shot at Victory Royale. Sign-up for the Fortnite PlayStation Cup by October 2 to take aim at the competition and the grand prize.

Point Format

The Fortnite PlayStation Cup point format allows players to excel no matter how they prefer to play. Go on the offensive and score points through eliminations or take a more defensive approach to gain more points at the end of every round. Here’s the full point breakdown:

Victory Royale: 30 points
2nd: 25 points
3rd: 22 points
4th: 20 points
5th: 19 points
6th: 17 points
7th: 16 points
8th: 15 points
9th: 14 points
10th: 13 points
11th – 15th: 11 points
16th – 20th: 9 points
21st – 25th: 7 points
26th – 30th: 5 points
31st – 35th: 4 points
36th – 40th: 3 points
41st – 50th: 2 points
51st – 75th: 1 point

Each Elimination: 1 point
(Round 2 Eliminations are worth 2 points)

*The Event in all parts is open to players from across the world, except as otherwise provided in this Section. The event is not open to individuals wherever restricted or prohibited by applicable law or in any country where participation is prohibited by U.S. law. Without limitation of the foregoing, the Event is not open to individuals in the Crimea region, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Japan, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Turkey.

**Players must be at least 13 years old (or such other age, if greater, as may be required in such player’s country of residence) to participate. If a player is under 18 years of age or the age of majority as defined in such player’s country of residence (a “Minor”), such player must have permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to participate in the Event.
