Kingdom Hearts Series Coming to Nintendo Switch on February 10th
Reading Time: 2 minutes

Nintendo had earlier last year revealed about the Kingdom Hearts JRPG series coming to the Nintendo Switch, though it would only be cloud streaming titles. Finally, the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8, and Kingdom Hearts III with the Re Mind DLC will be arriving on the Nintendo Switch via the cloud on February 10th.

This will enable Nintendo Switch owners to enjoy the iconic Disney characters and jam out to music sung by Hikaru Utada. The series is one of the best-selling franchises of all time for Square Enix, especially the original and Kingdom Hearts III titles.

You can try the free playable demos for 1.5+2.5, 2.8, and III today. The best part is all the three collections contain almost the entire Kingdom Hearts series, this includes the spin-off titles. Fans for the first time will be able to experience the entire franchise on a Nintendo console. You can also purchase each collection separately or as an all-in-one collection – INTEGRUM MASTERPIECE.

Since the titles are cloud-based you require a fast internet connection to enjoy a decent gaming experience. It is still hard to explain why the game developers are not keen on releasing the games remade to run directly on the Switch.

According to Square Enix, with the purchase of the all-in-one collection, you will receive the Advent Red Keyblade for use in the Kingdom Hearts III + Re Mind (DLC). Additionally, you also get to attend a Kingdom Hearts 20th-anniversary event in Tokyo, with a mini-concert, Q&A with the development team, an exhibition, and more. You can pre-order the collection here
