International Committee of the Red Cross Hacked

The International Committee of the Red Cross hacked the personal data of nearly 515000 people vulnerable as a result of this. 

The humanitarian group has no idea who the perpetrators are, the cyberattack targeted a contractor in Switzerland, that stores Red Cross data. It is still not clear if the hacked data has been leaked or shared publicly. 

Data belonging to nearly 515000 people consists of confidential information on people separated from their families due to conflict, migration, and disaster as well as missing people and people in detention.
