Jack White after three years of silence releases ‘Taking Me Back’ from Call of Duty: Vanguard soundtrack scheduled for release on November 5. Along with the track, a lyrical video with footage from the future game was released.

The latest track by Jack White is similar to his earlier tracks, he is known for his signature guitar style playing. Earlier White has released a softer version called Take Me Back (Gently).

White is an author and producer of this piece and also played all the instruments himself. He feels if many musicians had worked on his work, the sound would have been very different.

White prefers to create his own palette of sonic colors, with his own interpretation and vision of each line recorded on different instrument tracks.

Jack White belongs to an entirely different league, totally different from the current consumerist and commercial conventions. This makes him connect with listeners due to its freshness and particularity.
