Facebook-owned instant messenger will add the new feature in its next iteration. It will allow users to use WhatsApp on two mobile devices at once for the first time ever. WABetaInfo reported the new update will feature “multi-device login 2.0”, currently being tested by WhatsApp via its beta version for both iOS and Android. Soon a stable version of the same will also be released.
WhatsApp currently allows 4 linked devices and 1 mobile device using the multi-device login. The new beta release is extended to 2 mobile devices, it will synchronize the chat history when you first log into the messenger on a second mobile device.
